Anna “Mom” Lynch, 86, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on July 10th, 2026 at Deaconess Memorial Medical Center in Jasper, Indiana.
She was born in Shoals, Indiana on May 3rd, 1940 to Harvey and Bernice (McNeff) Powell.
Ann married Claude “Duke” Lynch on August 7th, 1954 and he preceded her in death on November 10th, 1998.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, Special Uncle George Powell and Son-in-law James Jeffries.
Ann was a member of Our Lady of the Springs Catholic Church, had worked at Fast Eddie’s and retired from Dairy Queen.
Annie was known for keeping everyone on their toes and telling everyone to “hurry up!” A special thank you to the staff at Springs Valley Meadows as there are many stories of her attempting to bake something in her room that did not turn out so well. She did not hesitate in speaking her mind as to how things should be done.
She had once enjoyed sewing, quilting, loved butterflies, and was well known for her cooking and baking. Annie loved her family and especially her grandchildren.
