Anthony Busse

Anthony “Tony” Busse, 79 of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, formerly of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on June 26th, 2026.

He was born in French Lick, Indiana on October 3rd, 1946 to Frederick and Ruth (Flick) Busse.

Tony married Mary Anne Wagoner and she preceded him in death on August 13th, 2011.

He was also preceded in death by his Parents; Brothers – Wilbert, Richard and Michael Busse and Sisters – Marjorie Busse and Susan Stuckey.

Tony was a 1964 graduate of Springs Valley High School, proudly served in the United States Army Reserve, caretaker of Mount Lebanon Cemetery, member of Superior Agriculture of Huntingburg for 39 years and worked decades in the farming industry.

He enjoyed golfing.

Tony is survived by:

Step-Son – Tom Pryor

Brother-in-law – James Wagoner

Sister – Lorna Spaulding (Tony)

Grandchildren – Sydney and Ian

Cremation was chosen.

GRAVESIDE CEREMONY

A Graveside Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor John Moffatt on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at

Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
