Barbara L. Oliveros

Barbara L. Oliveros, 82 years young, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on May 24th, 2017 at her residence.
She was born in Freeport, Illinois on March 31st, 1935 to John H. and Emma G. (Hayden) Jones.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and (1) Sister – Blenda Borsdorf.
She graduated from Foreman High School in Chicago, Illinois with the Class of 1953, was a member of the Red Hat Society and a devoted member of the Grace Church in Canton, Mississippi.
Throughout Barbara’s life she had numerous careers including banking, tax preparation, office work and working in retail sales. She touched many lives and will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends.
She is survived by:
(2) Sons Mark Thompson (Carla) Lake Villa, Illinois
Keith Thompson (Renee) Las Vegas, Nevada
(3) Grandchildren Scott Thompson, Katie Thompson and Miranda Whitman
Cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at a later date by The Rev. Beth Foose at the Grace Chruch in Canton, Mississippi.
