Betty Quinn

Betty (Nicholson) Quinn, age 88, of West Baden Springs, Indiana passed away on February 17th, 2015 at IU Health Paoli in Paoli, Indiana.

Betty was born on August 4th, 1926 in Dubois County, Indiana to Jasper and Sophia Ellen (Walls) Nicholson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Husbands – Jack Necaise and Claude R. Quinn, (1) Son – Phillip W. Necaise, (1) Sister – Judy Waggoner, (1) Brother – Floyd “Jake” Nicholson, (1) Grandchild – Phillip Necaise and (1) Son-in-law – Alvin Allen.

Betty was a member of the Nicholson Valley Church.

She retired from Crane NSWC after 28 years of service. She was the owner of the Ceramic Gift Shop in West Baden Springs. She attended the Northwood Institute and attained 2 Associates Degrees.

Betty had a love for gardening, traveling, reading, music, social gatherings, her large extended family and feeding wildlife.

She is survived by:

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 21st, 2015 at the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home in French Lick, Indiana. Friends may call on Friday, February 20th, 2015 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of service.

Albert Madden will officiate.

Burial will be at Wininger Cemetery.
