Billie J. Mahan, 84 years young, of Bedford, Indiana entered into eternal rest on July 21st, 2017 at IU Health Bedford in Bedford, Indiana.
She was born in West Baden Springs, Indiana on October 11th, 1932 to Lacy C. and Esther M. (Pinnick) Mahan.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents, (1) Brother â Wallace Mahan and (2) Sisters â Geneva Mahan and Helen Beatty.
She was a 1950 graduate of West Baden High School and a member of the First Baptist Church in West Baden Springs, Indiana. Billie retired from GM Powertrain in Bedford, Indiana.
Billie was an avid bowler for over 60 years and had many trophies to prove it. She loved to watch IU Basketball, the Indiana Pacers and NASCAR races.
She is survived by:
(1) Sister Betty Morris South Bend, Indiana
Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews; and Great-Great Nieces and Nephews also survive.
FUNERAL CEREMONY
A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, July 25th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brosmer-Kemple Chapel in French Lick, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Ames Chapel Cemetery, Paoli, Indiana.
VISITATION
Friends may call Tuesday, July 25th, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at the Brosmer-Kemple Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ames Chapel Cemetery Fund, 6487 W. County Road 175 S., French Lick, Indiana 47432.
