Carol J. Minton, 78, of Cuzco, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on March 23rd, 2024 at Memorial Hospital and Health Care in Jasper, Indiana.

She was born in Dubois County, Indiana on December 20th, 1945 to Wayne E. and Lovella (Meyer) Hall.

Carol married Walter L. Troutt on March 25th, 1967 and then William B. Minton on June 15th, 1984 and both 
preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her Parents; Daughter – Nicole Troutt; and Sister – Barbara Roach.

Carol was a graduate of Northeast Dubois High School and a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.  
She retired from Kimball International after working for more than 35 years.

She enjoyed yard work and making sure it looked perfect, watching college basketball and loved spending 
time with her family.  She always said her grandsons were her basketball team.

Carol is survived by:

Son – Michael Troutt (Angie) of Cuzco, Indiana

Daughter – Kristy Cross of Cuzco, Indiana
                      
Brothers – Harold Hall of Crystal, Indiana
                    Bill Hall of Cuzco, Indiana

Sisters – Brenda Rominger of West Baden Springs, Indiana
                Debby Cummins of Cuzco, Indiana
                Jane Melton of Norris City, Illinois

Grandsons – Zachary and Austin Cross; Shane, Sheldon and Conner Troutt

Great-Grandchildren – Diane, Cason, Jake, Rowan and Hayden

Several Nieces and Nephews 


PRIVATE FUNERAL CEREMONY
A Private Funeral Ceremony will be held with burial at Crystal Community Cemetery.
