Carol Ann Perkins

Carol Ann Perkins, 53 years young, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on August 3rd, 2017 at IU Health Bloomington, Bloomington, Indiana.

She was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 29th, 1963 to Roger Walter Perkins and Karen (Hammond) Perkins.

Carol was preceded in death by her Father and (1) Brother – Roger Walter Perkins, Jr.

She was a 1981 graduate of Springs Valley High School and a Caretaker by profession.
Carol enjoyed gardening and helping others in need.

She is survived by:

Mother Karen Doris French Lick, Indiana

(2) Sons Phillip Perkins Louisville, Kentucky
Logan Perkins French Lick, Indiana

(2) Brothers Charles Allen Perkins Paoli, Indiana
Robert William Perkins (Stacy) Weeki Wachee, Florida



Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held on September 9th, 2017 at 12:00 (noon) at the T.L. Pinnick Chapel. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
