Cookie “Girton†Stearns, age 64, of French Lick, Indiana passed away April 3rd, 2014, at the IU Health Paoli Hospital in Paoli, Indiana.
She was born on September 26th, 1949 in Illinois.
She was a homemaker and loved all her animals.
She is survived by:
Husband Steve Stearns French Lick, Indiana
Numerous dogs, cats, horses and other furry family members also survive Cookie.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9th, 2014 at the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home in French Lick, Indiana. Friends may call from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Wednesday.
Wade Allen will officiate.
Cremation was chosen. Burial will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that Memorial Contributions be made to the Orange County Humane Society, 856 North Greenbriar Drive, Paoli, Indiana 47454 in memory of Cookie.
