Daniel Alonzo Ratliff

Daniel Alonzo Ratliff, 76, of Orleans, Indiana entered into eternal rest on February 22nd, 2024 at U of L Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

He was born in Orange County, Indiana on April 15th, 1947 to Virgil Riley and Sophia Marie (Sullivan) Ratliff.

Danny married Linda Irene Simpson she preceded him in death.  

He was also preceded in death by his Parents, Brothers – Joe, Bobby and Dave Ratliff and Sister - Jane Hamliton.  

Danny attended the Springs Valley Wesleyan Church and had worked in maintenance at Northwood Institute.

He enjoyed playing the guitar and singing at church.

Danny is survived by:

Brothers – Bill Ratliff of French Lick, Indiana and Virgil “Junior” Ratliff of Paoli, Indiana

Sisters – Bonnie Crecelius of West Baden Springs, Indiana and Jeanie Carnes of West Baden Springs, Indiana

GRAVESIDE CEREMONY

A Graveside Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor Caleb Moffatt on Tuesday, February 27th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. 

at Mount Lebanon Cemetery with burial to follow.
