Dorothy May Beaty

Dorothy May Beaty, age 86, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on February 14th, 2022 at Hanover Nursing Center in Hanover, Indiana.

She was born in Orange County, Indiana on September 5th, 1935 to Cecil V. and Audrey May (Hallaway) Tolbert.

Dorothy married Walter “Morris” Beaty on January 2nd, 1952 and he preceded her in death on December 11th, 2019.

She was also preceded in death by her Parents; (2) Brothers – Charles and Doyle Tolbert; (1) Sister – Lena Marie Moffatt; 

Dorothy was a member of Red Quarry Christian Church and the Sunshine Club.

She is survived by:

(2) Sons            Gordon “Lynn” Beaty                French Lick, Indiana
                         Ricky Dale Beaty                       French Lick, Indiana

(2) Grandsons - Anthony Wayne Beaty and Tom Terwiske  

(1) Great-Grandson – Mason Terwiske

Cremation was chosen and a Private Graveside Ceremony will be held at a later date.
