As a nurse, I worked with Dr Hagan for many years. I saw him perform many acts of kindness often to people who weren't his patients. He did many of these things anonymously, not looking for any acknowledgement or thanks. Many of the nurses wanted to learn more and have a better understanding, and he took the time to share his knowledge. This benefited us but also the patients we would care for.
