James Paul Kunkle

James Paul Kunkle, age 77, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on October 24th, 2021 at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, Indiana.

He was born in Kokomo, Indiana on March 6th, 1944 to Paul Elvin and Rowena Mae (Butt) Kunkle.

Jim married Linda F. Brannon on June 14th, 1963 and she survives.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jim was a 1962 graduate of Bunker Hill High School proudly served his country in the United States Army.
He retired from Chrysler Auto Corporation after 30 years.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and making and building things.

Jim is survived by:

Wife Linda F. Kunkle French Lick, Indiana

(1) Son Robert F. Kunkle Columbus, Georgia

(1) Daughter Monica Shuler Paris, Kentucky


(4) Grandchildren (2) Great-Grandchildren


Cremation was chosen and services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Linda E. White Hospice House, 611 Harriet Street, Evansville, IN 47710.
