Karen J. Emmons

Karen J. Emmons, 67, of West Baden Springs, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on November 27th, 2023 at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, Indiana.

She was born in Salem, Indiana on June 1st, 1956 to Wayne D. and Alma Jean “Catt” Apple.

Karen married Randy Emmons on March 10th, 1973 and he survives.

She was preceded in death by her Parents and Brother – Jerry Apple.

Karen was a 1974 graduate of Springs Valley High School, worked as a nurse at the Springs Valley Community Schools, the Gorge and at Medco and she was a member of Prospect Church of Christ.

She enjoyed sewing, canvas oil painting, baking lots of cakes and loved being with her family.

Karen is survived by:

Husband – Randy Emmons of West Baden Springs, Indiana

Daughter – Tara Lynch (Joe) of West Baden Springs, Indiana

Son – Trevor Emmons of West Baden Springs, Indiana

Brother – Darrel Apple (Michele) of French Lick, Indiana

Grandchildren – Justice Emmons, Hayden, Riley and Elisa Lynch

Fur Babies – Cookie and Bella
        

CELEBRATION OF LIFE
A Celebration of Life will be conducted by Bro. Larry Mickler on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home with burial at a later date at Ames Chapel Cemetery.

VISITATION
Visitation will be on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
