Karen Diane Weaver

Karen Diane Weaver, 71 of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on May 20th, 2026 at her home.

She was born in Marengo, Indiana on May 26th, 1955 to Charles and Betty (Egan) Richardson.

Karen will be remembered for her unique spirit, kind heart, and the love she had for her family. She enjoyed crocheting, adored cats, and loved collecting unique treasures over the years. She found joy in life’s moments and especially in time spent with those she loved.

She leaves behind her children: son – David (Kris) Weaver and two daughters – Dianna (Christopher) Land and Cora Cooper.

Karen was a proud grandmother to Aaron Land, Brittany (Evan) Massey, Brianne (Brandon) Ridge, Jolene Lutz, Matthew Hayes, Jacob Hayes, Austin (Cammie) Weaver, Ashlynn Weaver, Addison Weaver, and Emerson Weaver.

She was also blessed with six great-grandchildren, who brought her much joy.

Karen is also survived by her sister – Marilyn Ubelhor

She was preceded in death by her parents and longtime partner – Eddie Burton

In accordance with Karen’s wishes, cremation will take place.

Karen’s memory will live on through the family she loved, the traditions she created, and the many lives she touched. Though she is gone from our sight, she will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
