Mary M King

Mary M. King, age 84, of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on November 11th, 2015 at Memorial Hospital in Jasper, Indiana.

She was born in Dubois County, Indiana on December 21st, 1930 to Robert and Sophie (Treadway) Nicholson.

She married Kenneth King in 1948 and he preceded her in death in 2001.

Mary was also preceded in death by her parents, (1) Brother – Leroy Nicholson and (1) Grandson in infancy – Ricky Lee King Jr.

She was a member of the Our Lady of the Spring Catholic Church. Mary enjoyed playing bingo and dancing at the Senior Citizens as well as spending time with friends and family. She also loved listening and dancing to music.

When Kenneth was alive, they made many trips to the Washington Moose Lodge and to the Knights of Columbus in Jasper, Indiana.


She is survived by:

(3) Daughters Linda Deal (Terry) Kansas City, Kansas
Lisa Hammond (Jay) French Lick, Indiana

(1) Sister Joan Leonard French Lick, Indiana


(11) Grandchildren (11) Great-Grandchildren


FUNERAL CEREMONY
The funeral ceremony will be conducted by Father Peter Marshall on Saturday, November 14th, 2015 at 12:00 (noon) at the Brosmer-Kemple Chapel in French Lick, Indiana. Burial will follow in the Patoka Chapel Cemetery in English, Indiana (near Walls Ramp).

VISITATION
Friends may call on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
