Oliver "Perry" Noble, III

January 16, 1948 — January 25, 2021

Oliver “Perry” "Hoss" Noble, III, age 73, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 25th, 2021 at Golden Living Center Lincoln Hills in Tell City, Indiana.

He was born in Paoli, Indiana on January 16th, 1948 to Oliver P. Noble II and Reita (Hawhee) Noble.

Perry was preceded in death by his Parents; (2) Uncles – Robert and Eddie Noble; and (4) Aunts – Helen (Noble) Dixon, Carol (Bennett) Hendrix, Beatrice “Bedie” (Hawhee) Hanger and Margaret (Hawhee) Stobie Crowder.

He married Lora Gale Bateman on June 3rd, 1995 and she survives.

Perry had worked at the Episcopal Church Home in Louisville as a chef before he retired. He and his wife Gale attended The Rock Church at Dover Hill. He was an avid Harley Davidson rider, history buff, gun maker, and a Certified Executive Chef. Most of all Perry was a “people” person, he treated everyone like family.

He is survived by:

Several beloved cousins and family members also survive.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, attendance will be limited to 25 guests at a time. Guests are required to wear face coverings/masks and practice proper social distancing (6 feet or more apart).               

FUNERAL CEREMONY

A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 30th, 2021 at the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Mount Lebanon Cemetery.

VISITATION

A visitation will be held from 12:00 (noon) until the time of service on Saturday at the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.

 

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, attendance will be limited to 25 guests at a time. Guests are required to wear face coverings/masks and practice proper social distancing (6 feet or more apart). If you are showing any signs/ symptoms of illness (fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste and/or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea) do not attend. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this difficult time.

 

The family requests any memorial donations be made In Memory of Perry to the Mount Lebanon Cemetery, C/O Wayne Ferguson, 9711 West State Road 56, French Lick, Indiana 47432.
