Robert Lee Withers

Robert Lee Withers, 85 of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on January 18th, 2024 at his residence.

He was born in Mitchell, Indiana on December 12th, 1938 to Noah Lee and Ester Bernice (Elliott) Withers.

Bob married Sharon Reynolds and she preceded him in death on April 26th, 2020.

He was also preceded in death by his Parents, Son – Timothy Withers, and Sister – Mary Beth Noe.  

Bob was a 1958 graduate of Mitchell High School, proudly served his country for 8 years in the United State Air Force receiving at Honorable Discharge as Staff Sergeant, and was a member of the West Baden First Baptist Church where he had served as a Deacon.

He enjoyed collecting books, painting and trading of items on E-Bay.

Bob is survived by:

Nephews – Bryan Barlow of Mitchell, Indiana

                   Barry Barlow of Nokomis, Florida

                  John Barlow of Indianapolis, Indiana

                  Allen Barlow of Mitchell, Indiana

Step-son – Don Foddrill of West Baden Springs, Indiana

Step-Daughter – Debbie Cartright (Steve) – Laveen, Arizona

Cousins - Regina Diggs, Rita Kiefer, and Jerry Hall.

GRAVESIDE CEREMONY

A Graveside Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor Jim Tritle on Saturday, January 27th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Ames Chapel Cemetery with burial to follow.

VISITATION

Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, January 27th, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Noon at 

Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home. 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to West Baden First Baptist Church, 8313 W. State Road 56,

West Baden Springs, IN 47469.
