Roger D. Emmons, 60, of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on July 9th, 2026 at IU Health Bloomington.
He was born in Paoli, Indiana on January 9th, 1966 to Rex and Martha (Zehr) Emmons.
Roger married Connie Fish on December 29th, 1988 and she survives.
He was preceded in death by his Brother – Michael Emmons.
Roger was a 1984 graduate of Springs Valley High School and proudly served his country in the National Guard and United States Army. He was a member of the French Lick American Legion Post 76 and had served as Vice Commander. He had been a truck driver and owned and operated a junk yard.
He enjoyed riding motorcycles, was a collector of many things, but especially loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Roger is survived by:
Wife – Connie Emmons
Sons – Duane Emmons (Abby) and Noah Manship (Shelby)
Daughter – Roganna Emmons
Brothers – Brian Emmons, Danny Emmons, and Gerald Emmons
Sister – Deborah Nelson (Dave)
Grandchildren -Faith, Jesse, Andrew, Nate, Brinley, Eliza, Randy, and Bexlee.
FUNERAL CEREMONY
A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor John Moffatt on Friday, July 17th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home with burial to follow at Ames Chapel Cemetery.
VISITATION
Visitation for family and friends will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Roger’s memory may be made to Ames Chapel Cemetery, c/o Connie Kerby, 2225 N. County Road 575 W, West Baden Springs, IN 47469.
