Ronnie Hopper

Ronnie Hopper, 68, of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on July 25th, 2025 at Baptist Floyd Hospital, New Albany, Indiana.

He was born in Orange County, Indiana on July 20th, 1957 to William “Bill” Hopper and Betty (Ballard) Brown and bonus dad Donnie Brown.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his Parents; Sister – Carolyn Knight, Brother – Charles “Bub” Hopper, and Bonus Dad – Donnie Brown.

He had retired from United Corporation.

Ronnie was a bright light, bringing joy and laughter to all who knew him. His mischievous spirit shone from childhood, always ready with a quick comeback or playful prank that kept friends and family smiling. His sharp wit and humor were legendary, but his love for family ran even deeper. Selfless to the core, Ronnie always put others’ needs before his own. His greatest pride was his daughter, Sheena Rae, whom he adored and spoke of with immense pride.

He is survived by:

Daughter – Sheena Rae Buelna

Bonus Daughter – Amy Arthur

Sisters – Jean Patton (Joe) and Kay Hallaway (Paul)

(3) Grandchildren

Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Countless Friends.

He never met a stranger – his kind heart and warm personality made everyone feel like family and he will be greatly missed.

FUNERAL CEREMONY

A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor John Moffatt on Wednesday, July 30th, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home with burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery.

VISITATION

Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, July 30th, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
