Ryan Jay Budd

Ryan Jay Budd, age 51, of Rensselaer, Indiana entered into eternal rest on November 18th, 2023 at IU Health Bedford Hospital, Bedford, Indiana.

He was born in Lafayette, Indiana on January 6th, 1972 to Clem Budd and Sheila (Hayes) Calvert.

Ryan was preceded in death by his Grandparents – Vurnie and Sue Hayes, LeRoy and Evelyn Budd, and Ora and Lois Calvert.

He attended West Central High School in Francesville and obtained his GED from Rensselaer High School.

Ryan proudly served his country in the United States Army.  He was a truck driver for various companies throughout the years with Continental Express of Louisville being the last.

Ryan loved to fish, camp, kayak and anything to do with the outdoors.   He was a loving son and father spending 
many hours as a “Band Dad” with his daughters where he transported the color guard, built sets, worked concessions and helped out where ever needed.

He is survived by:

                     Emily Budd of Rensselaer, Indiana
                     Abigail Budd of Rensselaer, Indiana

Sisters – Rachel Jorgensen (Josh) of Yorktown, Virginia
               Nicole Johnson (Bill) of Whitestown, Indiana

Brother – Raymond Calvert (Krystal) of Akron, Indiana

Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews

CELEBRATION OF LIFE
A Celebration of Life will be held on November 26th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. (Central Time) at Meadow Springs, 
8631 U.S. 241 in Francesville, Indiana 47946.
