Sharon K. Rose

Sharon K. Rose, 73 years young, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on November 23rd, 2017 at her residence.

She was born in Orange County, Indiana on January 2nd, 1944 to Russel Miles Sullivan and Jenny Lucile (Lesnet) Sullivan.

Sharon married Jesse Lancaster and then Jerry Rose who preceded her in death on July 12th, 2016

She was also preceded in death by her parents, (1) Sister – Myrna Jean Sullivan and (1) Step-son – Tim Rose.

Sharon was a member of the Springs Valley United Methodist Church and had worked at Albright’s Store and then later became a Realtor for Key Associates in French Lick.

She was an avid collector of anything that was Mickey Mouse.

Sharon is survived by:

(1) Daughter Sheri Lancaster Mitchell, Indiana

(1) Step-Daughter Cheryl Rose Heltonville, Indiana

(2) Step-Sons Rick Rose Oklahoma
Randy Rose Seymour, Indiana

(4) Brothers Bob Sullivan Columbus, Indiana
Gary Sullivan Mitchell, Indiana
Amos Sullivan Salem, Indiana
Elmer Sullivan Orleans, Indiana

(1) Sister Donna Kelly Orleans, Indiana

Cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life Service will be conducted by Pastor Ralph Purkhiser at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 2nd, 2017 at the Springs Valley United Methodist in French Lick, Indiana.

A private burial will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Sharon to the Springs Valley United Methodist Church, 537 S. Maple Street, French Lick, Indiana 47432 or by giving a bag of dog food or cat food to a Humane Society of your choice.
