Wayne was the owner of Carnes’ Auto Sales where he retired. Wayne enjoyed buying, selling, and fixing golf carts. He enjoyed random road trips that weren’t always paved, very bumpy, and always ended with a sale. Playing golf, spending time with grandchildren, and frequent coffee breaks and card games with the love of his life were of utmost importance.
The family extends its heartfelt thanks to the caring staff at IU Health Paoli, Paoli Health and Living, and Springs Valley Meadows for their amazing care during his last few weeks of life. The nurses, staff, and patients at Springs Valley Meadows made Wayne’s time so special. Our family was loved and cared for along with Wayne during this time.
