Wayne Pendley

Randall “Wayne” Pendley, 86, of Shoals, Indiana entered into eternal rest on February 13th, 2024 at Prairie Village Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Washington, Indiana.

He was born in Martin County, Indiana on May 10th, 1937 to George and Juanita (Nelson) Pendley.

Wayne married Geraldine Merchand on January 19th, 1957 and she survives.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Son – Scott Pendley, Grandsons – Nickolas Holt and Brandon Pendley, Brothers – Ronald, Frank and Larry Pendley.  

Wayne was a 1955 graduate of Shoals High School and member of Natchez Community Church, where he was a minister. He was a truck driver and logger for most of his life.

He enjoyed raising pigs, cattle and spending time with family and friends.

Sons – Ronald Pendley of Shoals, Indiana

            Darin Pendley (Shera) of Shoals, Indiana

            Steven Pendley (Becky) of Shoals, Indiana

Daughters – Vicki Pendley of Shoals, Indiana

                    Angie Hagen (Monty) of Huntingburg, Indiana

                    Debbie Bateman (Tim) of Washington, Indiana

                    Pam Pendley of Ferdinand, Indiana

Brother – Tom Pendley (Deanna) of French Lick, Indiana

Sisters – Jane Archer of Shoals, Indiana

              Robyn Purkhiser (Roger) of West Baden Springs, Indiana

FUNERAL CEREMONY

A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor John Moffatt on Saturday, February 17th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home with burial to follow at Anderson Cemetery.

VISITATION

Friends may call on Friday, February 16th, 2024 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Anderson Cemetery or Natchez Community Church.
