Ethel Nettie Crowe

Ethel Nettie Crowe, 95, of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on March 1st, 2019 at Springs Valley Meadows in French Lick, Indiana.
She was born in Orange County, Indiana on January 23rd, 1924 to Ralph and Maggie (McFarland) Brown.
Ethel married James L. Crowe on July 26th, 1941 and he preceded her in death on October 22nd, 1971. 
She was also preceded in death by her parents, (3) Sisters- Dovie Anderson, Bessie Wilson, and Gladys Prow, (1) Daughter- Dianne Meredith, and (1) Brother- Homer Brown. 
 
Ethel was a witness at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and worked at the Springs Valley Bank and Trust for
 many years. 
She enjoyed sewing, flowers, watching the birds, reading, cooking and spending time with family. 
Ethel is survived by:
(4) Sons Richard Crowe Elizabethtown, Kentucky 
Jim Crowe French Lick, Indiana
Randy Crowe Jeffersonville, Indiana
Larry Crowe French Lick, Indiana 
(2) Daughter Karen Sizemore Georgetown, Indiana
Jeanne Capehart Clarksville, Indiana
Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. 

Cremation was chosen and there will be a Celebration of Life Service held at a later date.
