Helen J. Kail

Helen J. Kail, 95, of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on February 2nd, 2021 at Springs Valley Meadows, French Lick, Indiana.

She was born in Orange County, Indiana on October 26th, 1925 to Ulmont Gillum and Jennie S. (Potts) Gillum.

Helen married Raymond “Jay” Kail, Jr. who preceded her in death on December 15th, 1971.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, (1) Uncle and (1) Aunt; (1) Nephew - Gordon Ray Dixon; and (1) Niece - Betty Ann Wong.

Helen was a 1943 graduate of French Lick High School and retired from Crane NWSC where she received several awards.

She was a member of the West Baden First Baptist Church where she served as treasurer for the A. B. W., Phi Beta Psi Sorority, Orange County Art Guild where she was a past president, Business & Professional Women’s Club and Girl Friday Club.

FUNERAL CEREMONY

A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor Jim Tritle at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 6th, 2021 at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home French Lick, Indiana, with burial to follow at Ames Chapel Cemetery.

VISITATION

Friends may pay their respects on Saturday, February 6th, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we are limited to fifty (50) attendees at a time. All attendees are required to wear makes and practice social distancing (6 feet or more).  If you are showing symptoms of illness (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting or diarrhea) please do not attend.
