Shirley Lee Beaty

Shirley Lee Beaty, age 81, of Mitchell, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on April 11th, 2021 at IU Health Bedford, Bedford, Indiana.

He was born in West Baden Springs, Indiana on September 8th, 1939 to Coy Tolbert Beaty and Lizzie Alice (Ball) Beaty.

Shirley was preceded in death by his Parents; (3) Sisters – Betty Jean Chatman, Janet Brown and Linda Allen; and (3) Brothers – Junior, Freddie and Charles Beaty.

He married Nancy Louise Bennett on July 31st, 1959 and she survives.

Shirley retired from Cook Medical after 28 years and was a member of Bride of Christ Church in Mitchell, Indiana.

He enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, working outdoors – especially mowing and working in the flower garden - and watching birds.

He is survived by:

Wife Nancy Beaty Mitchell, Indiana

(2) Daughters Barbara Ann Crane (Dale) Bedford, Indiana
Cynthia Lynn McBride (Steven) Mitchell, Indiana

(3) Grandchildren Bryan and Brittany McBride, and Taylor Crane

(2) Great-Grandchildren Jonah and Savannah McBride

FUNERAL CEREMONY 
A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Bro. Jerry Allen and Bro. Greg Isom at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 15th at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home, French Lick, Indiana with burial to follow in Ames Chapel Cemetery.

VISITATION
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, guests are required to wear masks and practice social distancing (6 feet or more).  Thank you for your cooperation during this difficult time.
